for instance if you were angry it would be an unhealthy way to express it if you punched someone or turned to drink. but if you screamed into a pillow or went for a run that would be better. for happiness - if you get a burst of euphoria it can make you do silly things. like if you got lots of money it would be bad to go out and spend it all madly, but it would be good to save some and enjoy the rest.
hope that helps

I think it means in a way that is constructive. Its hard to explain the happy version. The angry version is easier. To answer the angry version talk about something that frustrated you or made you mad and you found a healthy solution. An example of a healthy solution could be talking to a counselor, or expressing your feeling. Another could be sitting down and write a plan of action like list all the pros vs all the cons of a particular course of action and make a decision base on that. An unhealthy way of expressing a feeling could be hitting people, or getting drunk until you passed out. Those things are very unhealthy and in the end does not solves the problem.
I hope this helps.

Expressed happy feelings...examples
1) Smiled
2) bought a gift for someone
3) sang a song
4) forgave someone
5) took a walk in a park
happy things. What do you do when you're happy?
Troublesome feelings:
1) Talk to the person that made you feel troubled or upset.
2) Explained to someone your point of view on a subject that you were upset about, WITHOUT yelling or arguing.
3) Took a long run at the park so you could calm down...

One way to express both happy and troublesome feelings is through crying. This is something the body does to relieve excess emotional stress. If you were to get extremely excited about something or extremely upset at something, you just might cry.
Crying is perfectly healthy and very normal. It's good to flush your system by providing your body a way to get rid of certain chemicals which have built up.

Has he been examined especially for dyslexia? the teachers or concept are no longer qualified to try this finding out and can convey somebody in to do it or have you ever're taking him to a finding out facility. My son has that and your son sounds very comparable. We did no longer enable them to hold him lower back in third grade (as they needed) and we've been fortunate in that the college had writing and math training for little ones with dyslexia. lots of his exams have been given by way of computing device or orally for particularly some years. talk to your college and that i additionally propose have him examined for it by way of an outdoors counselor. My son is now a Sophomore in severe college and is now no longer in adjusted training. he's an A and B student at present. i think of everybody is too speedy to leap on the upload/ADHD bandwagon while a toddler has challenge studying. If he's doing properly with different teenagers, making buddies, and not entering into hassle for rowdy habit then i'm guessing he would not have ADHD.

Okay, I express self satisfaction with some sort of small celebration such as a bubble bath. I, unfortunately, tend to express anger with tears.
