It is suggested that fruits such as banana, papaya, kiwi, pineapple and watermelon can improve the taste, as can the parsley relative, celery. Meanwhile dairy foods, red meat, onions, asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower apparently have a negative effect on taste. Coffee, smoking and alcohol are also said to make semen taste less agreeable. Your partner may notice a change for the better if you incorporate some acidic fruits into your diet -- plums, blueberries and cranberries are all believed to make semen taste sweet or sugary. Alkaline-based foods like fish and meat are said to make for a buttery taste.

Probably not. Last time my fiancee tried something like that it was as gross as ever.
Go without meat for about a week and its better though. His is always worst if he eats a lot of hamburgers and junk.

No, it's not true. What you eat has no effect on the taste of semen. Please trust me, being that i'm a nursing student. But if you feel the need to try and taste yourself go right ahead, it's just protein.
