i have small boobs and i really want them to grow...does anyone have any good tips on how to do this????

If you spin in circles while eating corn, sing to them and moisturize them with luke-warm beeswax every night before bed, they'll grow.
I'm kidding. Sorry honey - you really have no control over it.
They'll grow when they're ready to... unfortunately, you have to be patient.

HEY!! wait a minute!! i gave you good advice on not to worry bout this sort of thing!! well anyways, you cant just 'make your boobs grow' otherwise theyd be 'perfect breasted women everywhere' and there arent. If your small chested dont be down its just a part of who u are so u should be proud. You can wear a padded bra, theres heaps of these about wehter ur into actual pads, the liquid bras, the U bra or a push up. Theres nothing you can eat or any exercise thats suddenly going to make them grow bigger, only way thats goin to happen is with surgery which in your case i would definately discourage as you are way to young to begin with!! try not to be so hung up on this topic, seems to me like your very self conscious about this area and its okay, your a teenager thast what teens do, but dont let it control your life. be confident on who you are - im flat chested and find that it took me a while too, but sometimes now im actually thankful about my boobsize. my boyfriend honestly loves them even though im the smallest bra size there is, im NOT one of those chicks at the beach whos literally falling out of herself, i dont get bad back ache from having a large rack, i can wear more tops than chicks with big titts and look good and it makes me more comfortable with who I AM because i know when a guy used to talk to me, he wasnt only talking to me because he could see mega cleavage!!

Scientific answer: have sex. Ever notice how all the "easy girls" in school always seem to have bigger boobs? Whether it is birth control or some hormone in the male sperm remains to be seen-but results are results!

Well I know someone who has this lotion to help ur boobs grow but before u consider this lotion just think they will get in ur way and u have to go and get new clothes and bras trust me, I KNOW!!!

Sew sholder pads into a bra or an already padded bra.
I had the smallest boobs forever, I was so happy.but I got older and they grew, now they drive me nuts.The sholder pad thing really works. sew them closer to the sides so they squish them together.

ask any woman who has big ones they would gladly take your place they are heavy and get in your way and as you age they sag and droop.
when you get to that age you will be oh so glad for smaller ones
