YOu have your caption on for blind, try a differnt channel, if its just that channel then they are showing it with the blind caption on, its annoying but they do that sometimes.
If its on every channel then its your TV.

Teletext or some kind of handicap aids
try going to the manual and check where you can disable narration
or try www.google.com to find out how to turn the feature off
or ask on Yahoo Answers
cheers

You probably have a tv for the blind they tend to narrate what goes on so the blind have an idea whats happening

You have your tv set to do that. Go into the preferences and change the settings.

If your watching on DVD I think you have the commentary on -- go to set up to take it off.
If you are watching on TV then Jesus is talking to you.

It does that on PBS shows also. I think it is for the blind. It's so they can know what 's going on .
