I usually eat a little bit of it and then I starve for the rest of the night unless I feel like eating some of my secret candy stash. No idea why I always have candy but I do so might as well eat it

At home I make something else or go out, when I'm at someone's place where I have to be polite then I'll probably just eat it.

or i eat it or i make something else. but they know what i eat and dont eat so there is always something for me.

At parent's place, my mum will prepared one other food for me if she had made something I don't eat.
At my place, I'm the cook, my wife will eat what I made :p

throw it away, and eat something like chips. unhealthy but better
than starving or eating something that you don't like.
it's not like you do this everyday.
