My wife and I both like flirting and talking dirty on the phone and email with other men and women .Does anyone else like this kind of thing?

Well, i love doing it, however apparently my husband considers it cheating, and it does in fact, often lead to cheating. If you are both ok with the other doing it, and are secure in knowing that that is all it is and it won't go any further, then go for it. But understand that it is a risk you are taking with your relationship, and you have to be able to handle the consequences, if and/or when the conversation turns physical.

It sounds like a great relationship. Especially, if both of you like to do it and are comfortable with it. I think you probably have a very open marriage. The term "swingers" comes to mind.

it will bring your marriage to an end. eventually you need to restrict your relationship to be with each other. Then it will ba a lasting relationship.
