my friend is goin out with this guy. ok then one night i saw him with another girl!! should i tell my friend or not?!?!?

Approach him first. If he admits that this other girl was more than just a friend, then you can talk to your girlfriend about it. It may have been an innocent encounter. Best get your facts straight before you make a mess out of nothing. Good luck!
