Everyday Flirty Look?

Does anyone have any tips for a everyday girly-but-not-to-flashy flirty look that looks good with paleish skin, long wavy brown hair, green blue eyes, and a few freckles? Please NO EYELINER!!!!

I understand that you wouldn't want eye liner ilot of pale skin girls (like myself) just look scary. but it can look good, put on alot of mascasra put eyeliner only on the inside top lash to make that lashes look thick but is not needed. try clear shiny gloss. it seems like you have really pretty eyes so try almay products they have products made to bring out the eyes that don't look extreme. try a little pink blush too

try a LIght pink lip gloss every day, a smidgen of mascara and a little blush and u r set

because you are a brunette, wear brown and pink and navy blue because they will look good on u

also wear jeans or flirty skirts a lot to attrack the usual attention

if you really want to accomplish this look....
dont change your appearence, just deal with it

Try Mac X mascara in black for flirty eyelashes.
Instead of eyeliner you should get a flat brush (very thin, straight brush) and wet it and dip it in a colour of eye shadow you like. you Can line your eyes with that to make them look flirty. I suggest purple eyeshadow for green eyes, it will make them stand our and smile when you are putting on blush, applying only to the apples of your checks.

i understand the eyeliner thing, but there is brown eyeliner which looks better on girls with paler skin. but deff use mascara and mayb a sparkly top liner, so its all about the eyes, and a bit of blush.

Sorry but I have to say eyeliner is a must for pale skin. You want them to find your eyes.

brown or tan blush evens out your skin with a little light pink or peach lip gloss. Light pink eyeshadow and black mascara
