It started a year and a half ago, it felt like a blockage when i urinated, i could urinate but it would feel weak and would dribble alot more, it got worse i had lower back pain that went with the urinating and i went to see a doctor as i found a lump near my testicle, he said it was fine and just a cyst

Well now i expierence alot more pain ive been to 4 more doctors and they all say the same thing, but the major thing is, it feel irritated underneath the skin like a blockage when i touch it, a bit like damaged tissue

This comes with back pains that hurt like crazy, wierd urinating problems and sometimes sex doesnt feel great because of the emotional side its giving me

Thing i should mention is im sexually active and i tend to be clumsy and in the past i have injured my penis on one or more occasions but not to the extent were it needed medical attention

im 19 and im worried if i have cancer or any diseases and i would like an opinion on this

A friend of mine had a similiar problem. He found that there was a calcium buildup in the tube coming from the bladder. The doctor reamed it out(Not as bad as it sounds) and his problem stopped. However, he has to have that done from time to time. Make sure you find a good specialist and Good luck.

At your age I would not think it was prostate cancer, but it could very likely be a prostate infection. Prostate problems can cause back ache and poor sex, so find another doctor who might be a little more inquisitive as to what your problem is.

If 4 doctors couldn't give you a satisfactory answer, and they've actually SEEN the injury, there isn't much we can do on Yahoo answers. Honestly.

If the "emotional side" is giving you problems, maybe you need a different kind of doctor.

Go to another doctor ... a specialist (a urologist). If you have a cyst it could be causing a "backwash" situation and giving you urinary tract infections / kidney infections.

I'm no expert, but this sounds like a kidney problem. See a good urologist.

Trust your instincts. Go to another doctor and keep going until you find one that can figure out why you are in so much pain.
