Not literally.... but after someone hurts you...how do you move on and stop thinking about it?

I stay away from the person, even if just for a few minutes, and clear my head. Then, I reason it all out in my head and try to make them seem like anyone else with human qualities who didn't mean anything against me (they most likely just have personal issues). Finally, after I have cleared my head by staying away and I have identified with them and made them seem more human than villainous, I am ready to go back and deal with the situation, come what may.

Were they trying to tell you something that you know may be true but you didn't like hearing it? if so perhaps you can learn from it.
But if they were just being nasty and hurtful my advice is to hang around a better type of person.Try not to worry too much and see if you can find a positive in there somewhere.Smile if for no other reason it annoys the ones against you Good luck
