I manage a sales team, and It pays excellent, benefits are great, and its a wonderful company...all together it is a wonderful experience and life-changing. Yet, I cant seem to find anyone... Ive done several hundred flyers and no hits. any ideas?

You may want to post your opportunity to some of the college job boards. I've listed the top three boards that I know of.
The other resource is to contact the Career Services office of your nearest colleges and junior colleges. Since you'd already be contacting the colleges, it would be wise to contact one of the professors or the head of the School of Marketing and Advertising.
