When not socialising at my gentleman's club with my fellow chaps-about-town, there's nothing I enjoy more than sitting upon a cosy armchair drinking plenty of ale and eating lovely cream pies. It's what any decadent gent would expect out of life. However, my betrothed has insisted that, rather than rest on the laurels of my vast family fortune, I go out to work, or at least help around the house. Well, dash it, this is of course an outrage and it simply wont happen! How can I make her happy again to make my cream pies and serve me my ales?

Ben B, whilst I usually enjoy a Gin Fizz at my club in Picadilly, they most certainly DO serve a dashed fine ale on request. Besides, I was refering to my home drinking, if you read correctly.

Oh look, it's another one of those people who goes on a tangent asking a string of fake questions with controversial content meant to get a lot of responses! Just trying to get a rise out of people I suppose. Oh good! We haven't had one of those around here in a long time!

You didn't formerly go by the name "Little Angel" by any chance, did you?

Ok Dicky, you have to buy your good lady shoes. Shoes Shoes and more Shoes - that will keep her more than happy and should be serving you cream pies (lol) and ale faster than you know it. Good luck! Perhaps even on a hostess trolley with the little wheels...........

you pretentious cretin.
"they" certainly do not serve "ales" in the gentlemans clubs, at least not of the square mile.
One should frequent public houses, to find "ale".
You cad.
The rififi is not a gentlemans club in the traditional sence!
I did a search on google images, for "cream pie"...its disgusting.
I certainly hope your not a creampie eater, in the internet sense....its truly revolting. Your Not a...... felcher, are you?

Simple old chap just stop her allowance until the old trout knuckles under.
Why oh why should us chaps have to put up with such unreasonable behaviour from our ladies.
If she is so tiresome you could always just throw the baggage out.

because nobody wants a lazy husband. we want the 'take charge' and 'conquer the world' type of guy. in other words, we want what your want. woud you want your wife sitting around all day eating and getting fat? or would you want her to get out and do something?
