I found a house that is 3 bedroom 2 bath almost perfect cond. great neighborhood .... its 700 a month .. is it a find or should i pass it up

I Live in Montana and that's pretty good for a three bedroom house...Mobile homes here go for about 500 - 650. My daughter lives in Denver and pays 800.00 for a one bedroom townhouse. Ultimately you would be better off to try to find something you like and buy a home their are classes that are held to help first time home buyers and they have alot of resources to help you get into them. I'd say if you have to rent...then that's an good deal...

If your living in a big state like California its good.
Somewhere like Oklahoma then maybe 4 - 5 hundred.

If you can afford it, and it's in a good neighborhood, near work or schools etc. Sounds good.
