a primary source is the first and main place of getting service or goods.
for example if you needed a lot of potatos to make fries for a resturant. A primary source would be the State of Idaho which grows a lot of potatos
or maybe you need corn.... Iowa grows a lot of corn
maybe you need some kind of Financial Service then New York City may be a primary source of such services
