Think back when you did have a positive attitude. There must of been a time when you were not sick and tired. Think about it and then ask yourself what happen from there on. Its possible to correct this if you let it. So try doing what you used to do when times were good when you had to get up to go to school. If your a teen you are more likely going to sleep late too. If so try going to sleep really early and watch how you feel in the morning.
There's an old saying and very true. "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man heathly, weathly and wise."

Maybe you could Try some sort of exercise. They say if you exercise even a little bit in the morning, you will have more energy throughout the day. It helps me in my mornings, I just go for a short run, about 15 minutes, It makes a huge difference! And it don't take a lot of time!!!

Awh sis, after readig all that, u even stressed me out! And then I read that you're only 15! Allahu Akbar, you have the strength to do all that and, may Allah carry on helping you sis:) What I can say is pray to Allah and He will Insha'Allah help you. Don't get angry and try not to cry when things start to go hard. I have to say your very talented that you can cook everything, like make Ramadan food for your family! That's something that I wish I could do! Masha'Allah. Mothers will be hard on their children, especially their daughters. Don't take it personally, when you feel like she doesn't appreciate you, NEVER THINK LIKE THAT. She is very lucky to have you as a daughter and you are very lucky to have her as your mother. Just try to do your best and what you think is best for the sake of Allah, Remember Allah is there!x Hope you do well in your studies.. Oh and ca I say, when you get married (Insha'Allah to a nice man) then he will probably love your cooking :D -I wish I could cook- You're a talented young women, be proud of yourself! As soon as you wake up, go have a shower. Make yourself more chatty in the mornings. Change your way of thinking. You don't like feeling mopey, so do something about it.
