I would say Lindsey. Brit may have had a few encounters but shes not in rehab. She has been with her children and tried to be a good mom. Everyone messes up and the fact that shes famous is the only reason they make a big deal out of it. Shes young as everyone is at one time or another and she has used bad judgement give her a break. Lindsey keeps falling back to drug abuse. I wish her the best as well.

Both but if i have to choose one , it has to be Lindsey because she's throwing her talent out the window. She's a great actress but now known as the tabloid queen and a boozer in and out of rehab. Britney needs to find herself quick before she really ruins her career.

Definitely Britney. She is not only a loser but she has been stupid enough to bring 2 innocent children into her stupid screwed up life. At least Lindsey is screwing up on her own.

Britney! Hello? The crotch shots don't mean anything to you? Lindsay's improving, entering rehab is a huge step towards creating a cleaner image for herself and she's mature for what's done! But I can't bring myself to like her any better than B.S., because Lindsay confirmed to PEOPLE that she'd started Alcoholics Anonymous a year ago, right? And then she said that she hasn't been drinking for a week. So that means that it took AA 358 days to work its magic. Isn't that a little worthless?
