I have a bunch of second-hand baby and toddler toys that are stuffed but that have battery-operated parts which can't be removed without permanently disabling them. I want to clean/disinfect them thoroughly and without toxins for my grandson. Any good methods?

Mix 1/2 cup borax into 1 gallon of hot water to disinfect and deodorize. Use a sponge or cloth to wipe down the toys. Let them air dry.

use clorox wipes or spray with lysol (just make sure it doesn't get into the holes of the electronic parts).
