Valentine Ideas For Singles Party?

I run a group for single adults, ages 20-35, the majority of them being Christians. I'm trying to find a fun and innocent way to have a Valentine's event that will put a positive spin on the day without making everyone feeling lonely because they're not dating or married. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to help me put this together? The ideas must involve clean fun, thank you for your ideas! :)

Do something fun like teaching everybody to swing dance. You'll want something active. How about a love themed trivia quiz? People could be matched into teams of 4 - 6 people and "compete" to win some small prizes.

My friend and I are holding a Valentines Ball which will have Salsa dancing, drinks reception, hors d'oeurves all night, live gospel artists and an open mic session, as well as a quiz night. You could also have a themed evening, such as wearing red.

Maybe you could have a movie night, with just movies about girls night like sister hood of the traveling pants, or something, or do you have guys too?

I really don't have any good suggestions, but I feel your pain, I just threw a baby shower for my sister,
Maybe you could have every one try not to say valentine, or heart or something like that, you know like the don't say baby game.
