I went for simple for my party. We rented some movies and a projector, hung a sheet on the garage door, and had a LOTR marathon. Outside. It was also the same night as homecoming, so it got lots of attention from people coming back from the game.
Just make sure you have a lot of food and don't stress over details. Consider that you can have fun with your friends even if you have nothing planned, so with just a few things to do you won't feel rushed.
And get everyone together! Even if they normally move in different circles, you are the common denomonator. It can be interesting to see them interract, too. I was going to two different schools and had different groups of friends, too. They really had fun together.
Like I said, don't worry about stuff. Something smaller is also more personal and easier to plan. Good luck!
Happy early birthday!

I think the big party sounds fun!! I mean if your friends are all nice to you, i doubt theyd hate eachother. But you have to have a lot of friends for the big party so make sure a ton of ppl would be going before you make your final decision.

properly it relies upon on how a lot you've. for sure you should spend extra on your maximum acceptable chum, yet you may make some thing appear like it cost more advantageous than you paid. Get issues that are on sale, yet go away the unique tag on them. i might want to say that I wouldnt bypass over $30 for the chum and not at throughout $50 for the most acceptable chum. The extra you purchase at a more inexpensive cost it feels like you spent extra because they were given extra.

Get together with some of your best friends, celebrate a little, eg. be at someone's home and watch one or tow movies, have plenty of food, it mellows everyone. Enjoy, you are 16 only once. Make it good so you can always look back on it and be proud of what you did on that day.

Rent the place and invite one very special guy....telling him you could have filled the room but his company is all you want. Romantic? I think so.
