What are a few things on your list of "Things To Do Before I Die" ???

Save a whole lot of animals from being put to sleep at animal shelters. This disturbs me greatly. I want to rescue them all and take them to a huge farm and feed them and take care of them.

1.) Become a humanitarian in a third world country for about 6 months, with the support of a loving husband by my side.
2.) Go on an African safari.
3.) Ride a camel through the Sahara desert.
4.) Ride on an elephant through the jungles of India
5.) See the pyramids of Egypt
6.) Visit Medina
7.) Walk the streets of Tokyo

1. get married. ( not my lifes ambition, but i'd like to eventually even if i'm 98)
2. visit more countries. (i've only been to the united states and canada)
3. Visit every state and get a souvinier (me and sister started this last year. We have ohio pennsylvania new york and west virgina)
4. be completely debt free by the time i die (i know thats not a great one, but i think it would be a nice accomplishment to own everything i have, house, car, no credit bills.)

The only thing I want to do before I die, is see my grand children born. My oldest is only 2 so I have a while to go. Sure hope god is on my side!

i want to do something big. something so big that my grand children and every other kid in the US has the day off on my birthday, just like Martin Luther King.

there is one day where we all celebrate our Presidents' birthdays. one day for all of them. but i want to make such an impact on the way people think or live their lives that i am honored by everyone in the country, or even the world, because i changed it so drastically. how cool would it be if generations from now, my great great great grand children had the day off on my birthday. i would be extremely proud if my great great grandmother did something so honorable that her birthday was declared a national holiday.

sounds a little cheesy, i know, but it would still be really awesome.

Sitting on a west-facing porch, overlooking the ocean at sunset on a tropical island, with a glass of red wine, soft music playing and a "special" woman under my arm watching the sun go down.
(I've done most everything else in life; scuba diving, skydiving, surfing, raced sailboats, been on a Caribbean cruise, visited all the Hawaiian Islands, travelled many places, etc.).

I'd love to go to Alaska - New Zealand - Russia and Egypt. I'd love to bungee jump - handglide - and skydive...I'd like to do some good in the world too - something worthwhile - like make a difference to someone.
