he doesn't like his hands to be clean

I have very sensitive skin and some soaps make my hands itch, some make them break out in a rash. Most soap just dries out my skin. Most of the time I have to use dish soap on my hands. (But at least I wash them)

you would have to ask him y but maybe he is allergic to soap or that kind of soap.. but i can do you one even worse i am on a bowling team and we played against this girl and her and i used the same color house ball and i went to the b/r behind her and she did her thing and did not wash her hands at all.. so from then on when i got done bowling i took my ball to the table with me so she couldnt use it lol...

I think that is because they are too lazy to use it. I live with men...That's what I think.
