I like to buy them dark and stiff and keep them that way.
I wash in cold water, inside out, in vinegar and air dry, never in dryer. Any other tips. Only problem is they get all wrinkly and I like them snug too.

Wash them using Woolite for dark colours.

Put them in the dryer (with a bounce sheet)when they are almost dry, to make them soft & snug.

Sounds like you are doing all the right stuff! You can put them in the dryer for a few mins to make them a bit snugger

Cheer for cold water washing. Forget the vinegar, it is acidic.

My sister had this same theory while she became pregnant she might positioned on the darkish wash denims with white shox and any time she sat down she have been given all paranoid no its impossible till your pants are created from paint.

I think you are washing them perfectly...but to get rid of the wrinkles you can always put a light press on them using your iron

I dont wash mine. Seriously you dont need to wash your jeans that you wear to work or out shopping or whatever. Because they never look as good as when you first bought them NO MATTER how you wash them.

check it the grocery store wherein there is a laundry soap that is intended for dark jeans/clothes.
