You can go to http://www.download.com and look for a free product that erases files.

This other site also has a product called eraser.

You will want to have a product that can erase free space as well as erase individual files.

It difficult to understand whether you want to delete files or delete programs. If you'd like to bring your computer back to new, you need to reformat it. This takes the right software. Call a person who has the software.
Files brought to the recycling bin can all be permanantly deleted. Also, programs ca be permanantly uninstalled in the Add or remove programs of the control panel.

No he won't. You format the hard disk ( i think of it is termed low point format) This deletes each little thing. of path there are restoration classes, yet I doubt if your chum may be attracted to your information besides, until eventually it is of a mild nature. Ifthat have been the case it would be maximum suitable/maximum inexpensive to purchase a clean hardrive.and bodily wreck the previous one

Go to Start-> All Programs-> Accesories-> Command Prompt

Type in the command "Format C:"

take a big magnet and sweep it across it. (that should mess up the charges and wipe the data completely.

or pummel it into shrapnel with a sledgehammer (lol). or your could buy Evidence Eliminator.

if you format the hard drive, information is not entirely gone unless it is overwritten. (evidence eliminator does that).
