I live in CT where its freaggin cold. Can My bearded dragon go in & out of brumation? She is sleeping ALOT and not really eating, but is healthy. I have the appropriate setup. I'm thinking its due to the temperature. Any suggestions?

The amount of sunlight might also be affecting her. Just keep an eye on her and keep trying to feed her. In a few weeks she should start being more active. Otherwise, you might want to consult a vet that specializes in reptiles if you are really worried or is she starts loosing a lot of weight.

It may be brumination. It's not necessary for them, but some breeders recommend it and it apparently produces higher fertility. It's probably due as much to shorter day length (if she sees any natural light).

I'm in CT as well and my dragons brumate every winter.
