clicker training works with just about anything. I've seen a goldfish trained to swim through a hoop.

you can't- they train you!
very smart but they can learn discipline-
my kids had one and it kept getting out of it's cage and getting into stuff and eating the carpet- all kinds of bad stuff.
one day I caught it behind the washer and dryer and I was really mad at it cuz i couldn't get him to come out so I had to move the washer/dryer to get to him. I cornered him and picked him up and he bit me really hard on the finger.. well, i was so mad at him I popped him on the head and yelled at him "Bad hamster!!"
after that, that crazy hamster did whatever i told him to do!
I wouldn't suggest corporal punishment all the time but it sure worked for me!

you really can't use sunflower seeds or another treat it likes as a reward.
