when i start to download the WoW 10-day free trial it says its going to take 5 hours and its already been 8! any help????

Well how fast is your connection? If its dialup trust me that thing will never down load not even if its down loading for weeks.
You probably have way to many files saved on your PC and it might need to be cleaned out.
