Cut down on sugar. Make time for yourself to do things that you like. Don't overload yourself with things that you have to do. Learn to say "no." Don't suppress emotions too much (it's ok sometimes to say how you feel without acting out of anger or saying something inappropriate). Think about what you are angry about, really, and what you can do to change/deal with/better the situation.
