I do, i need it! It lets you vent and gives you your alone time to think and say what you need to.

It can be, especially if the right people are on. It allows you to see another side of someone by the questions and answers they give. It's also another way to meet people and make friends, especially if you're far from home. YA provides an open forum of ideas and opinions that covers the globe, and the answers you get to your questions are as diverse as the people on YA at the time.
It can also be boring if there are no good questions to answer, or if the kids and cyber-bullies are running the show.
P&S, I have found, is the best part of YA. I've made more and better friends here than anywhere else.

Not particular Polls and Surveys--but some of the categories really get my mind, and writing, going.

It has saved me thousands and thousands in counseling bills, because I can express my angst to you all and be lovingly embraced in return.
