i noticed on a scrapbook exhibit a tremendous number of human beings love digital for a similar factors you're saying. you may print them up and album them and an more suitable properly element about it particularly is you'll take care of to upload some embellishments with out spending a tremendous number of time. you may ought to although use archival good paper so it is going to very last to bypass down for generations. I evaluate Epson has some properly stuff too.

there is a dollar store called dollarama. you can buy a bunch of stuff for scrapbooking real cheap, and try it out. but if you do decide you like it, and its something you want to have for a looooong time, get all acid/ligning free papers and glue, and reasearch any thing else you need on the net. www.about.com has a scrapbooking section under hobbies & crafts, and they have tons of information. :)

Just buy a few things and go from there. If it's not your thing, use the stickers on cards, etc.
Stop in at a craft store and see if they have any books made up for you to get ideas. It may or may not appeal to you.

Well, a couple of questions to ask yourself:

--Do you like to take pictures?

--Do you like to look at the pictures you take and want them to be stored in a safe place?

If you like taking a lot of pictures and enjoy looking at them and want to share them with others and remember the fine details...the scrapbooking is definitely for you.

Check out a couple of websites like www.memorymakersmagazine.com for more ideas and thoughts on scrapbooking...It might get your creativity spinning or confirm that it's NOT the thing for you.

Good luck!

You can always go to a local scapbooking store and take a beginners class. They are usually offered pretty cheap. Also, you can invest in a scapbooking kit for around $20. You wouldn't be out of a lot of money either way.

I think you should buy a cheap kit that comes with a mini album and everything else you need to help you start scrapping. Theres this site that has two kits that would be good for you. Don't let the names fool you, look for pocket bookz & mini bookz under the kits tab. they have different themes to choose from. topline-creation.com/lisette

if you absolutely don't want to spend a dime then i would try making a collage or a card with stuff you already have....cut images and words from magazines you have and use any other crafty things you have lying around (ribbon, rhinestones, photos, etc) and make a card or a collage.....if you enjoy those activities you'll likely enjoy scrapbooking......good luck

What I would do is maybe if you know anyone that does it you could ask them for a few things just so you could do one page and then if you thought it was fun and liked it you could go buy your own things and continue once you try it once you will know or not if you like it.
