I just moved from europe and now I live in michigan...
I grew up with graffiti, heres the thing I started art when I was about 4 and by the age of 10 I started sketching and by the age of 12 I started graffiti.
Well, there are laws about graffiti that constantly get passed and modified, i've heard and read about and seen so much about graffiti and even do it constantly... that you would never imagine how much I know about graffit, i've heard of over 500 laws not simple ones but hey its the TOYS (beginners who think their cool and ruin the fun and pride of true graffiti artists) and VANDALS (who mark their turf)
Hell yeah, if you touch the third rail, you will probably die, the third rail is the rail that powers the subways...

Ya the law says don't do it. Or, straight to jail don't pass GO....
And yes the train tracks can shock you to death.
