Oh, I had an awesome volcano in 2nd grade! We put a plastic white tubing in the center and then some wire down the sides. Then put clay over the wire and painted it brown. You can also put little figures of trees and people it you want. You're going to need a nice board of wood that will be sturdy enough to hold it. Then put some red food dye, vinegar and baking soda. Mine was so awesome! Be careful though and try to do it outside because I put a lot and it ended up getting all over the carpet in the class room. Good luck with that! :)

The highest would be Diet Coke and Mentos, with a thin neck on the volcano, but not too thin so that the Mentos doesn't fit. It would also be relatively easy.

mentos and ANY soda. but the more carbonated the soda...the better the volcanic erruption
