Never. How would she ever get home then? And how would I know she got home safely?
Better to finish the meal, drop her off at home, and call it an early night. That's the gentlemanly thing to do.

Oh wow, lol, thats a bit harsh don'tcha think??? Well, it's never happened to me, but I don't think i'd sneak out of a bathroom window, what if someone ever tried THAT on me? I'd be so embarrased, like you wouldn't believe lol.

I wouldn't go out in a date with anyone I barely know. Once I know them I can decided weather they are worth my time. Sound cruel but its good for them to before things get to serious and they become attached.

Lol no, but I always made sure I had my sister ready to call me pretending there was an emergency to get me out of the date... lucky though, I've never had to run.
