I have extremely oily skin, and I have found that the best eyeliner is anything from Lancome. I have been using it for 5 years and I will never change!

the best eyeliner is prestige and its cheap too u can find it at any ulta store its like $4

BOTH MAC and Estee Lauder have liners that go on smooth and stay. I prefer the Estee Lauder one...it's retractable and "self sharpens" and since it's refillable, you can have many colors that you can switch about.

My daughter wears physicians formula. She likes it. Lots of colours... and it's like a felt pen... I even steal it sometimes... ( bad mommy! bad mommy!) not good to share cosmetics!
