Here's my deal: I really like the song Music by Madonna. I want to download it. I'm on Wal*Mart Music Downloads, and the only version they have on there, from the album I'm Going To Tell You A Secret (Judging from the 30-seconds clip they give you) doesn't sound like the version I've heard. It sounds less energetic. In the clip I listened to, it starts off with a muffled beat with her reapeating "music" over and over, then a chorus that sounds less energetic that what I've heard. I don't know if this clip just happened to be from the one part of the song that is like that, and everything is like what I've heard, or if it's another version of the song all together, but I want to know what you people know.

"I'm Going To Tell You A Secret" is a live album with songs performed during her 2004 Re-Invention Tour. Her live renditions are usually different versions than the album versions (hence "re-invention" ;-). The original version can be found on the album called.... Music :-)

hi , you can find the music song on the MUSIC album by Madonna. that is the original version.
The one that you described is the one she did on her last tour called the CONFESSIONS TOUR in '06.. it had a more disco feel.

the cd single of "music" featured remixes...maybe they are usin' one of those instead of the original album version...
