well these are some Ideas that I think that you could try....
1) Make yourself stand out more than anyone he has seen
2) Tell him how you feel....it is a proven fact that 89% of guys want girls to make the first move...and if those don't work...don't get yourself all worked up.You can get/have beeter.There is someone( a guy) out there for you and he is just waiting for the right moment to say how he feels....Guys aren't all brave you know they still get nervous like how we do.

He does not see you in a romantic framework. Could it be because he sees another through that frame?
You can only be who you are and make sure he is aware of how you see him. Then it is up to him whether he sees you differently or not. Your choice is to wait or not.

Then it cant be love...I notice it alot. You know, girls expect guys to somehow notice that you like them without any clues. My advice is to tell him you like him and want to be with him. Dont think he doesent like you. And dont blame your sadness on him. Good Luck. Ive felt this way before.

I know it sux but the only way to get over him is to move on to someone that does. Then, he might notice you but you won't want him...lol.

you should talk to him more. if he still doesn't notice you, he has issues that he needs to deal w/ before getting romantic anyway..
