Probably, but they'll know where to find you when you go to get your marriage license.

Applying for a marriage license could alert authorities to the existence of a warrant. And a subsequent arrest could certainly throw a wrench in wedding plans. However, the government cannot stop anyone from entering into marriage as it is constitutionally protected.

I know that you don't want to hear this, but a marriage on the run is no way to live. Get an attorney and take care of the warrant before you start a family.

You look asking if the clerk that themes marriage licenses is charged with checking the national information base to work out if everybody is needed. I even have in no way seen a county clerk do this, yet i do no longer comprehend the procedures of each county clerk.

Sure, but they will find you and arrest you when you get hitched. Hope the wedding night is good, you will not be getting it from a female in awhile. Turn yourself in man! Before you drag a poor girl into your sick world, be a man, face responsibilities and do the right thing. If she honestly loves you, she will wait for you.

I don't think having a warrant prevents you from marrying. After all, convicted and incarcerated felons can marry.

Why drag someone down with you? How can you make a lifelong commitment to someone if your life is already messed up? Get yourself together first.
