I enjoy it. They're pretty good about getting the movies out to you and fixing any mistakes (ie DVD is broken, missing DVD, etc.) It's a simple process and great for lazy/cheap people who don't want to spend 7+ dollars for a new rental. It can be slightly annoying if there's a DVD you must watch (new release or whatever), because they are not necessarily guaranteed to be able to send it out to you. Sometimes you have to wait, but they are pretty good about keeping a good selection.

I read that Netflix tends to focus more on their newer/less frequent customers (those who don't return movies right away) because they make more money than those who keep up to date with their movie watching.

So, it's up to you. I believe you can try it for 2 weeks free now (you must have a valid credit card though.) Enjoy!

I would go with blockbuster online. It is the same price as Netflix ($17.99 a month for 3 movies) plus you can bring your movies into any store and get free movies for them. They both have about 70,000 movies in their inventory, they both have free shipping, they both take 2-3 days to get your new movies, and they both cost the same. But the main difference is that Netflix doesn't have stores and Blockbuster does so you can return your movies there and get more free movies.

That is, if you like getting more bang for your buck :)

Expanding on AgentNightFire's: They both have great help in case something goes wrong, and will fix anything as soon as they can. But with Netflix, if you order Batman and it's scratched, you have to send it back and wait another 3 days to get a new one (about 1 week total). With Blockbuster Online, if you order Batman and it doesn't work, you can bring it back to a store and exchange it for a new copy of Batman for free! Immediate ersults, or waiting a week? hmmm......

It is great. Don't have to go to video store. I'm surprised the video stores aren't out of business yet. Blockbuster also does the same thing as Netflix.

I used to work there. I am telling you it is slave work. opening movies to check them in and clean them, inspect them for scratches and cracks. And they want you do do 2000 per hour. Once they are all checked in you have ship out that days orders. Again you have to inspect them. If the slip cover is dirty, you have to replace it with a new one and make sure the label is perfectly straight. And they want you to do 2000 per hour. It was horrible. But if you just rent movies and don't work for them its great!

It's OK if you don't mind waiting for your movies to arrive.
