Your obviously looking in the wrong place. Even if by chance there was a friend of hers on Yahoo! Answers; it's VERY unlikely that they would give you her number.
Would you want YOUR phone number passed around the internet if you were in Raven's position? I know I wouldn't. Even NOT being in her position I still wouldn't want it passed around.
Why not try writing her a letter to her fan club. Most celebrities will reply when they have time.

What makes you think anyone has her number ? stars keep that kinda stuff private so that there not bothered by all there fans try going to her web site and joining her fan club that way you can send her letters and somtimes they run contest to win a phone call from raven

do you honestly think if Raven, cares your around? Man she has a guarded life, body guards , a lot of holly wood things she does daily, and no chance of a peice full time to her self, with out phone calls, cameras going off, and people bugging her constantly
