Some parts of the Constitution are interpreted very strictly and other parts are interpreted very loosely.

Judicial-they have ruled consistently in ways that violate their job. They legislate regularly

Legislative-violated the 10th Amendment repeatedly.

Executive-allowed a lot of this to go on. Clinton appointed two leftie judges to the Supreme Court who consistently legislate from the bench.
