I recently saw him in a commercial for his popcorn and he looks so weird! Something about his face looks so fake to me. I'm not sure if he had plastic surgery or if that's some kind of mask that's supposed to look like a nice old guy or WHAT but something about his face is not natural whatsoever...and when he talks he just seems completely expressionless..has anyone else noticed this?

that's because they are using computer generated imaging /old footage of him. he passed away years ago. i think the new commercials are odd looking too

The commercial is OLD because he DIED years ago(1995) at the age of 95. Yea you must mean the computer image. They shouldn't have done that.

If your talking about the new commercial with the ipod ... that is computer generated. He wasn't alive when the ipod came out.

It is a computer enhanced image of Mr. Reddenbacher because he actually died in 1995.

I saw it, he is only in the old commercials...the one you saw is fake...CG and it looks creepy as hell.
