That ship is cursed! Yes it appears it will get worse. The Tugs are pulling her closer to Mainland. But looks like she will spill more. That is just common sense and experience.

No. Perhaps one or two beaches will have restrictions, but closing the whole county would be rather extreme (not to mention near impossible).
