I was married in the Philippines to a Philippine national. I am a Philippine national too. But it did not work out. I have moved to the United States, and have met someone. I now am legally divorced in the United States and married to this man. How can I get my Philippine marriage annulled or voided without having to go back to the Philippines?

There's no DIVORCE law in the Philippines. And there's no easy way of ending marriage there. You have to go back and spend a lot of money for a lawyer.
