Well obviously you have stock in a company exploring in mongolia, or wish to buy some....Mongolia, is a long way away, it has a different government than you are used too, and different rules for companies.
Most countries have gold deposits, but some are more investor friendly than others.
If you are american, deal with stock of companies in Nevada
If you are Canadian , deal with stock in Canada
Other parts of the world, research the country as well as the company
