Lets wait. So far I know the following: He is prominent educated americam male, married with children.
Being a democrat he is for progressive taxation, for equality of opportunity and for expanding those opportunities. He is for treating everyone (domestic and foreign) decently, not looking down an people different than he. He is for respecting the constitution and the bill of rights. He wants to restore the reputation of this, the most wonderful country on earth

As far as I know, his politics are basically to "out liberal" the most liberal of the democrats ... he has been amazingly short on specifics, and I would be most suspicious of someone who has gone from absolute nobody, that nobody had ever heard about a couple of years ago, who has done nothing of note in the Senate, to someone who is always popping up on the box ... who is behind him, and why??
Apart from his staunch stand on the war in Iraq, which he is vehemently against, I very much doubt if there are any specifics there ... would appear to me he's waiting to see which way the wind is blowing to see what policies might be palatable to the American people ...

He does not have any. He has been a senator for 2 years.
He has a rating of 8 out of 100 from the American Conservative Union (acuratings.org). This is as liberal as Clinton, Kennedy, Lieberman, and the rest of the lefties in the Senate.
