I can't even drink or smoke yet, but just think about how angry everyone would be if smoking and alcohol were abolished people would riot to death. Not a good idea. The only safe thing they can do is rise the age for drinking and smoking and ESPECIALLY make the age rate higher for smoking.

People would do it anyway.. like they did before it was legal :) People just need to be more responsible.. not smoking with their new born baby in the car and all the windows rolled up.. I mean come on!

No. I don't really have a explanation but I think that if people want to they should be able to. I also believe that marijuana should be legal.
