If the media wanted America to win the war in Iraq (IE if a Democratic President were in office) they would be repeatedly reporting how well the troops are doing and how horrible the bad guys in Iraq are..........instead of the way they have been reporting it.......that the Iraqi bad guys are good and our soldiers/administrators are bad. They are very powerful and know how to use it.

The single greatest effect is the polling they constantly conduct convinces lamebrains they shouldn't vote for somebody that isn't going to win two years off...especially 3rd party alternatives to the Wal Mart owned idiots that make it to the ballot.
