A guy won a $400,000 suit because he was removed from a plane, it was a case of racial profiling. He turned out to be portuguese @_@

I haven't heard of any discrimination cases, but it has lost several major cases involving coercion. Courts have ruled that AA is at least "religious in nature" and US citizens cannot be forced to attend.

Those courts are:

The New York Court of Appeals.
The Second District Court of Appeals.
The Seventh District Court of Appeals.
The Tennessee Supreme Court.
