Definitely Wolverine, he is the ultimate character from Marvel. All the rage inside, the overtaking berserk, the claws, not prejudice about taking down whoever needs to be, all the samurai training, the amnesia, the loneliness, not immortal but close enough...

this is a hard question to answer, because there are so many different types of characters. but i would have to say:
Dr. Doom
he is the consummate villain. he travels through time, to other worlds, and dimensions to get what he wants. he has created incredible inventions used his only his natural brain(unlike that pansy reed richards whose intellect was increased by his exposure to the cosmic rays). once he even ruled the world, but decided to give it up because it was too boring.
He has a noble cause, bringing his own form of peace and justice to the world. He loves his mom, going to hell and fighting mephisto to save her. Plus he has style. He stopped a fight because it would damage his art collection, thats classy.

My alltime favorite character is Gambit. He is a ladies man and has a cool accent and is just a smooth character.

I always liked Sunspot from The New Mutants and X-Force(when did it get dropped)I could relate to the strong hot blooded latino!

Spider-Man because he reprents what would happen if a regular guy got superpowers. He is very relatable and down to earth.
