They makers claim it does. I guess you'll never know unless you try. At first I thought your question was a joke but decided to do a quick search and found several sites. Odd that. Who would have ever thought?

No the specific gravity will show other than urine. If you need to pass a piss test this has always worked for me. Niacin, Lemons in your water (lemon is a natural dietetic ) & AZO standard take as directed for 3 days. Lots of water with lemon juice in ti while taking the AZO. AZO is for a urinary tract infection & will flush your system. Take the AZO standard 4 days before test. I've passed on less than 10 times using these things. All are OTC items & don't cost very much. Hope this helps you.
