He never fulfilled the dreams that he had for his life. His house was falling apart. He had 100 kids and a business that gave money out but didn't get any back.

His uncle bankrupted the savings and loan.
The auditor has arrived and the police are going to arrest George.
His daughter has the flu.
His House is falling apart.
He has neer been on a real vatation.
His kids are terrible musicians.
Everyone is doing better than he is.
And he just crashed his car.

He loses all his money. The fat guy actually lost it and then the old dude in the wheel chair found it and stole it. He pretty much just loses all his money and he thinks his whole life is gonna go to crap. So he decides to commit suicide.
